I was cosplaying Psycho Mantis and this happened... Actually pretty hilarious :'D
When I opened my mouth and started to talk with feminine voice, that guy almost ran away :'D
And if anyone is wondering who is Lucy cosplaying in this comic, well, that's Meryl Silverburgh (also from Metal Gear Solid)

I guess I start my own web comic series now... About cosplaying, going tocall this 'Crazy Cosplayers' because... Well, that's what we are :'D

Same happened to me when I cosplayed a genome soldier, wih a ski mask. People were just suprised though, even happy about it. xD
